Woodcock Minnesota presents the
5th Annual Great Northern Side By Side Event
150 Sporting Clay Event a pre-season event -- competition for side by sides only, games are open for all shotgun styles.
This is a fundraising shoot for the nonprofit organization Woodcock Minnesota held at Rice Creek Hunting and Recreation near Little Falls, Minnesota. This one-day event will be held Saturday, August 29, 2009 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dinner, a "home spun" auction and prizes after the event. New this year - all prizes will be home crafted by our members. Most of us are proud supporters of other conservation organizations and have run out of space for wildlife art! Our items will include maple syrup, morel musrooms, home brew beer, braided whistle lanyards, etc... You will be amazed by the creativity of our membership! It must be a trait of woodcock hunters...

LeBlanc's Rice Creek Hunting and Recreation is located in central Minnesota; just about halfway between St. Cloud and Brainerd. They are a 1-1/2 hour drive northwest of the Twin Cities area.
Funds support Woodcock Minnesota (501c3) education and research projects.
Woodcock Minnesota is a 501c3 organization whose main goal is to fund woodcock field research in the State of Minnesota. Your cash or product donation can go directly into research carried out by the University of Minnesota field study personnel.
